	What Tempus Fugit Kina L’Aéro d’Or tastes like a rich, golden balance of honeyed sweetness and sharp, medicinal bitterness. Because it is a Quinquina (infused with quinine-rich cinchona bark), it has a much more aggressive bitter "snap" than a standard dry vermouth. You’ll notice a deep, marmalade-like sweetness with flavors of candied orange peel, dried apricots, and elderflower. It transitions into a complex spice profile featuring baking spices (cinnamon and clove) and a faint nuttiness. The "Kina" (quinine) kicks in at the end, providing a long, drying, and intensely bitter finish that cuts through the initial sugar.
