	What Tierra de Ensueño Tequila Reposado Batch 2 is defined by a richer, more barrel-forward profile than the inaugural batch, largely due to its extended aging time in rare wheated bourbon casks. The nose opens with prominent cooked agave and vanilla cream, supported by light caramel and toasted oak. You may also pick up delicate floral notes like orange blossom and lemongrass, along with a distinct earthy minerality. It has a thick, oily mouthfeel that coats the palate. The primary flavors are a blend of sweet agave richness and mellow wheated bourbon influences, specifically creamy vanilla, honey, and soft baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Some tasters note a subtle "red hots" cinnamon spice and hints of citrus zest (mandarin or Meyer lemon). The finish is long and warming, leaving a trailing taste of sweet agave, white pepper, and a touch of oak spice.
