Uruapan, Michoacán, Mexico, a region with its own protected designation of origin for Charanda. This is where volcanic soil, high altitude, and centuries of tradition create Mexico's coolest sugarcane spirit.
Icon 3 What
Charanda is a sugarcane distillate that can only be made in sixteen municipalities in Michoacán. An añejo charanda aged in oak barrels to develope a rich complexity all unto its own. Sol Tarasco delivers all the caramel, vanilla, tropical fruit, and warm spices with a smoothness you could want. The aging process adds depth while preserving charanda's distinctive sugarcane character.

Why

Sol Tarasco is aged charanda that's ready to challenge everything you thought you knew about Mexican spirits. This is Michoacán's answer to aged rum with it's smooth, sophisticated, and distinctly own thing going on. When you are ready to make other bottles jealous.

Cocktails to Consider - Rum Old Fashioned, Mai Tai variation, or sip neat to appreciate its aged complexity.
