	What Vedrenne Pomegranate Liqueur (Liqueur de Grenade) is a tart, bright, and deeply fruity spirit. Unlike many syrupy fruit liqueurs, it prioritizes the natural acidity and "tannic" snap of fresh pomegranate juice over pure sweetness. It has a sharp "zing" similar to unsweetened cranberry or redcurrant juice. Beneath the tartness, there are softer notes of wild strawberry and rose petals. This gives it a sophisticated, "perfumed" quality that makes it smell more expensive than a standard mixer.
