	Who Winestillery Tuscan Dry Vermouth is produced by Winestillery, the first and only independent craft distillery in the Chianti Classico region of Italy. The project was founded by Enrico Chioccioli Altadonna, who serves as the Master Distiller, along with his brother Niccolò and their father Stefano.

	What Winestillery Tuscan Dry Vermouth is defined by its "Grape to Glass" philosophy, resulting in a taste that is exceptionally vinous, bone-dry, and Mediterranean. Because it uses a base of Tuscan Trebbiano grapes, it drinks more like a complex, fortified white wine than a syrupy aperitif. You’ll immediately taste the character of the Trebbiano grape—crisp, mineral, and slightly savory with a bright acidity. It features a "Tuscan scrub" profile. Expect notes of wild rosemary, sage, and oregano, balanced by the classic bitterness of Artemisia (wormwood).
	Why It has a clean, light-to-medium body with a refreshing, slightly astringent quality that "cleans" the tongue, making it an ideal palate cleanser.
