YANAGI KNIFE 14.25", 9.4" BLADE

The Sekiryu Wood Handle Yanagi has a 240mm (9.4) long blade made out of stainless steel. Ivory handle is of a bleached wood material with a black plastic bolster. Long, slender feature of the knife allows the sushi chef to beautifully cut sashimi, sushi, raw fish, and seafood into thin slices.
