	Who Mezcal Yuu Baal is a social enterprise that highlights the traditions of the native Oaxacan makers of mezcal, comprised of producers in San Juan del Rio, San Luis del Rio, Tiacolula, and Miahuatlan, Oaxaca.

	What Yuu Baal Pechuga is filled with sweet tropical fruits, savory spices, roasted agave, apples, pears, cinnamon, smooth mouthfeel, long intricate finish. A turkey breast is hung in the still during the last distillation. Pechuga is a mezcal reserved for the grandest of occasions such as baptisms and weddings.
	Why The quality of the maguey begins in the earth. This means that the complete cycle of production, including planting, cutting, and distillation are done manually, and all with absolute respect for the environment and traditions.
